Duration: 10-12 months
Syllabus: 4 modules
Choose four of the following modules:

→ Employment Law
→ Leadership and Management Development
→ Organisational Design and Development
→ Managing Employment Relations
→ Resourcing and Talent Management
→ Reward Management
→ Learning and Talent Development

Duration: 18-24 months
Syllabus: 8 modules
In your first year, complete four modules from the list of Certificate modules.
In your second year, complete the four core modules:

→ Leading, Managing and Developing People
→ HR Management in Context
→ Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective
→ Developing Skills for Business Leadership
