As a result, you will begin to manage those disagreements in more positive and productive ways and create proactive strategies that work when both parties are still engaged in solving the problem for mutual gain.

- Strength Deployment Inventory
- Portrait of Overdone Strengths
The results of these instruments will be shared at the workshop, as a basis for personalized learning and individual strategy for conflict management. Once filled, these instruments can be used in other trainings too, based on this methodology.

Natasha Ivanovska a certified master trainer SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory), www.personalstrengths.com, Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Consultant for Thomas International Management System (TIMS), Certified Business Coach completed the specialization in coaching at the Erickson Coaching College from Canada (Certificate of Completion). Ivanovska is the founder and CEO of Insight Group, an organization representing certified programs for human resource development. Founder and board member of the first Macedonian Association Career Development Facilitators (ASK).

Biljana Velevska runs the company Samerimpex Impulsi for 17 years related to consultancy in Management, Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. She is also Managing Partner at Personal Strengths Macedonia, www.ps.mk, the area representative of this methodology and tools for Macedonia, Bulgaria, Kosovo and Albania. Velevska has extensive experience in project management, counselling, training and analysis with both private and public sectors. She has 15 years experience in in-company projects, especially in the field of Business Development, Management and Human Resource Management as HR planning, staffing, job planning, job description, recruitment & selection, motivation, training and development needs assessment, curricula development, training delivery, development and implementing performance management systems, compensation system, carrear development. Biljana Velevska has Master in European Management at Europa Institute in Germany. She is holder of SDI (Strengths Development Inventory) facilitator certificate Level I&II, Global Career Development Facilitator certificate for counselor and trainer and Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) Practitioner. She is founder and managing board member at the Macedonian Association of Career Development Facilitators (ASK).
